Dans ce poste clé en développement, vous assumez la responsabilité des ressources humaines de la commune. Vous contribuez activement à l-évolution d-une gestion RH moderne et êtes un interlocuteur important pour les collaborateurs, les cadres et les instances politiques.

Vos tâches

  • Responsabilité opérationnelle de tous les processus RH au sein de la commune (recrutement, administration du personnel et développement du personnel)
  • Assurer un traitement salarial sans faille incluant les assurances sociales et les travaux de fin d-année
  • Développement organisationnel et optimisation des processus RH
  • Conseil et soutien des collaborateurs et des cadres tout au long du cycle de vie RH
  • Soutien au président de la commune ainsi qu-au conseil communal dans les questions stratégiques et opérationnelles du personnel
  • Promotion d-une culture d-entreprise valorisante ainsi que d-une fidélisation durable des collaborateurs

Votre profil

  • Spécialiste RH avec certificat fédéral de capacité ou qualification équivalente (par ex. formation supérieure dans le domaine des ressources humaines)
  • Expérience professionnelle en gestion du personnel ou fonction comparable
  • Connaissances approfondies en matière de salaires et assurances sociales
  • Maîtrise des systèmes RH et informatiques modernes (Abacus)
  • Compétences marquées en communication et conseil
  • Fiabilité, discrétion et compétences sociales
  • Joie à faire évoluer les processus et à construire du nouveau
