Vos missions

Nous recherchons un Spécialiste RH Senior expérimenté pour rejoindre notre équipe RH à Dübendorf dans le cadre d'un contrat à durée déterminée de 12 mois.

Responsabilités principales

1. Acquisition de talents & recrutement - 50-65%

Gestion complète du cycle de recrutement : publication des offres, tri des candidatures, entretiens, coordination avec les responsables du recrutement et intégration.

Collaboration étroite avec les managers pour définir les exigences des postes et assurer des résultats d'embauche efficaces.

Maintien et amélioration du système de suivi des candidatures.

2. Administration RH & support aux employés - 20-30%

Premier point de contact pour toutes les questions administratives RH des employés.

Gestion autonome de l'administration du personnel pour la région, incluant : rédaction et émission des contrats de travail, avenants, lettres de résiliation, attestations d'emploi et lettres de référence.

Traitement des demandes d'allocations familiales et d'assurance maternité.

Maintien de dossiers employés précis et à jour. Gestion de la correspondance avec les employés, partenaires externes et autorités gouvernementales.

3. Systèmes RH, processus, reporting & coordination interne - 20%

Utilisateur clé pour notre ATS et les processus RH associés.

Formation des employés et managers aux nouveaux systèmes et changements de processus, y compris le support en cas de problèmes.

Point de contact pour les départements IT internes et Qualité sur les sujets RH.

Préparation et analyse des données et rapports RH (par exemple, effectifs, ETP, statistiques des employés).

Ce que vous apportez

Vous serez un excellent candidat si :

Vous avez au moins 3 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire en RH ou acquisition de talents.

Vous avez une expérience en recrutement médical, sciences de la vie, santé ou dans une industrie connexe (un atout important).

Vous maîtrisez l'allemand, l'anglais et l'italien à l'écrit comme à l'oral.

Vous avez des connaissances en italien (un plus).

Vous êtes très organisé, attentif aux détails et capable de gérer plusieurs priorités de manière autonome. Vous possédez d'excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.
