Pour le compte de notre client, acteur majeur du transport public du canton de Vaud, nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) Spécialiste Véhicules Route.

Vos missions

Au sein de la Direction Route et Immobilier, vous contribuez à la gestion et au suivi technique du parc de véhicules voyageurs.

Vos principales responsabilités seront les suivantes :

  • Assurer le suivi contractuel lié aux véhicules et mettre en place les indicateurs nécessaires au pilotage de l'activité.
  • Participer aux projets d'acquisition et de renouvellement du parc roulant.
  • Analyser la documentation technique des nouveaux véhicules et préparer les synthèses destinées aux équipes métiers.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes méthodes et maintenance afin d'accompagner les évolutions techniques.
  • Participer à la revue et à l'amélioration de certains processus internes.
  • Assurer la gestion administrative et technique de différents équipements et systèmes liés au parc véhicules.
  • Suivre les indicateurs de performance et contribuer à l'amélioration continue des activités.

Votre profil

  • CFC de mécanicien, automaticien ou formation technique jugée équivalente.
  • Formation complémentaire dans un domaine technique, un atout.
  • Expérience dans un environnement technique, maintenance, gestion d'actifs ou coordination opérationnelle.
  • Expérience dans la participation ou le suivi de projets techniques.
  • Très bonnes capacités d'analyse et de synthèse.
  • Excellente maîtrise d'Excel et bonne maîtrise des outils bureautiques usuels.
  • La connaissance de SAP constitue un avantage.
  • Excellentes capacités organisationnelles et aisance dans la coordination de différents interlocuteurs.
  • Bonnes connaissances du français à l'oral comme à l'écrit.
