Specialist Paybill H/F

Pour renforcer son département finances.

En intégrant une équipe engagée et structurée, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la gestion des salaires des collaborateurs temporaires et assurerez la liaison avec les différentes institutions.

Description du poste --------------------

  • Gérer l'ensemble du processus de traitement des salaires et de la facturation des employés temporaires
  • Établir les décomptes des assurances sociales et des statistiques du personnel
  • Déterminer les barèmes impôt source selon les législations applicables dans la plupart des cantons suisses
  • Assurer la transmission des données et informations essentielles aux caisses et administrations concernées
  • Effectuer les réconciliations des déductions sociales en collaboration avec la comptabilité
  • Être l'interlocuteur(trice) des organismes officiels (offices de poursuites, caisses sociales, impôts à la source, allocations familiales)
  • Mettre à jour les informations dans le système et garantir l'exactitude des données
  • Apporter un soutien et des réponses aux agences sur toutes les questions relatives aux salaires et aux assurances sociales

Profil recherché -----------------

  • CFC d'employé(e) de commerce ou formation équivalente
  • Certification ou expérience confirmée en gestion des salaires/RH, idéalement dans le secteur du travail temporaire
  • Expérience de 3 à 4 ans minimum dans un poste similaire, avec une parfaite maîtrise du traitement des salaires et des assurances sociales
  • Bonne connaissance du cadre légal suisse en matière de rémunération, notamment pour les travailleurs étrangers
  • Excellentes capacités d'organisation et de gestion des priorités
  • Aptitude à travailler avec rigueur et précision, même dans un environnement à forte activité
  • Aisance relationnelle et esprit collaboratif
  • Maîtrise d'Excel, la connaissance du logiciel Easytemp étant un atout
  • Français courant, la pratique de l'allemand et/ou italien constituant un avantage
