* Pianificare, commissionare e monitorare le infrastrutture di rete e i servizi esistenti nell'ambito della Rete di comando svizzera e della Rete di sicurezza svizzera * Redigere e aggiornare la documentazione e i concetti relativi alla rete, tenendo conto delle esigenze del Comando Cyber * Fornire supporto e consulenza al gestore della rete e alla sua clientela in merito alle capacità attuali e future delle infrastrutture di rete dell'Esercito svizzero * Ricevere, registrare e classificare nel sistema di ticketing tutte le segnalazioni di incidenti e le richieste di assistenza in arrivo relative alle misure di sicurezza ottimali * Redigere documentazioni dettagliate relative ai cataloghi dei requisiti (ad es. KPI)

****Che cosa ti contraddistingue****

* Formazione professionale superiore nel settore IT con esperienza lavorativa pertinente alla mansione o titolo professionale di informatico/a * Idealmente, formazione ed esperienza lavorativa nel settore delle telecomunicazioni * Esperienza nella gestione e nell'approntamento di servizi di rete nonché buone conoscenze delle tecnologie della telecomunicazione, conoscenze specialistiche informatiche supplementari * Ottime conoscenze del pacchetto MS Office quale utente * Spiccata facoltà di ragionare in modo logico-astratto e analitico nonché rapida capacità di assimilazione * Disponibilità ad assumere responsabilità accompagnata da un modo di pensare e agire lungimirante
