* Dirigere il personale addetto alla gestione degli edifici, garantendo la piena operatività - manutenzione e cura - degli impianti, degli edifici, degli oggetti e dei macchinari, sia in situazioni ordinarie sia straordinarie * Partecipare, in qualità di rappresentante della gestione, all'accompagnamento dei progetti edilizi di armasuisse, dalla consulenza ai progettisti specializzati fino all'ottimizzazione della gestione di progetti di costruzione di media e grande entità * Tenere riunioni con la truppa e gli altri responsabili in merito all'utilizzo e al coordinamento delle infrastrutture assegnate a scuole, corsi di ripetizione (CR) ed eventi civili * Pianificare e supervisionare i lavori di manutenzione e sistemazione delle aree esterne, controllare gli ordini di lavoro e pianificare il materiale d'esercizio necessario, inclusi la gestione delle scorte e gli acquisti * Sorvegliare e sottoporre a manutenzione tutti gli impianti tecnici, verificandone la funzionalità e la sicurezza

* Formazione professionale di base conclusa in ambito tecnico o artigianale, con attestato federale di capacità, oppure formazione nel settore della gestione di progetti di manutenzione degli edifici o della tecnica degli edifici * Patente di guida delle categorie B e C e disponibilità a prestare servizio di picchetto e a intervenire al di fuori dell'orario di lavoro * Persona flessibile, precisa e autonoma, con capacità di analisi tecnica e assertività * Spiccato orientamento al servizio, alla clientela e al lavoro di squadra * Buone conoscenze orali e scritte di una seconda lingua ufficiale

La Base logistica dell'Esercito svizzero (BLEs) è a disposizione della truppa. Fornisce tutte le prestazioni logistiche a favore dell'Esercito svizzero e, con i suoi circa 3500 collaboratori e 12000 militari di milizia, gestisce il materiale, i sistemi e le infrastrutture dell'Esercito svizzero.
