Il contributo che può dare

  • Assistere al telefono e per iscritto la nostra clientela, prevalentemente germanofona
  • Verificare i mandati dei clienti e gli ordini di pagamento, rilevare i dati dei clienti e le prestazioni di servizi nonché collaborare alla registrazione della contabilità giornaliera
  • Svolgere compiti concernenti la compliance nell'ambito della legge sul riciclaggio di denaro, dell'Accordo FACTA, dell'Accordo SAI e della protezione dei dati
  • Coadiuvare le attività negli ambiti dell'e\-banking e del traffico dei pagamenti, in particolare garantire e ottimizzare la collaborazione con i fornitori di prestazioni informatiche esterni ed esaminare le release
  • Redigere rapporti, liste di controllo, manuali e informazioni per i clienti
  • Collaborare ai progetti della CRPF

Che cosa La contraddistingue

  • Formazione professionale nel settore bancario o formazione commerciale con conoscenze nell'ambito dei servizi finanziari
  • Esperienza professionale pluriennale nell'ambito dei servizi finanziari, conoscenze approfondite in materia di traffico dei pagamenti e interesse per le tematiche relative alla compliance
  • Dimestichezza con le applicazioni bancarie correnti e con gli strumenti di lavoro digitali; consapevolezza in merito alla protezione dei dati e alla sicurezza delle informazioni
  • Buone capacità concettuali e redazionali; metodo di lavoro autonomo e responsabile
  • Integrità, orientamento alle prestazioni, spirito di gruppo, flessibilità e disponibilità a seguire i corsi di formazione continua
  • Buone conoscenze di due lingue ufficiali
