Aufgaben

  • koordinieren von Seefrachttransporten (LCL/FCL)
  • einholen von Frachtraten bei Reedereien und NVOCCs
  • kalkulieren und offerieren von ad\-hoc Preisen
  • planen und organisieren von Vor\-, \- und Nachlauf
  • monitoring der laufenden Sendungen und Kosten
  • berechnen von Warentransportversicherungen
  • avisieren von Kunden, Agenten und Frachtführern
  • bearbeiten von Verspätungen/ Fehlermeldungen/ Reklamationen
  • abrechnen und archivieren der Dossiers
  • allg. kaufm. Tätigkeiten

Anforderungen

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich der internationalen Speditionslogistik
  • drei bis vier Jahre Berufserfahrung als Speditionskaufmann/\-frau im Bereich Seefracht
  • kollegiale, hilfsbereite und engagierte Persönlichkeit

Informatik

MS\-Office \- gute Kenntnisse

Sprachen

Deutsch: Muttersprache Englisch: m\+s gut
