Speditionskaufmann/\-frau Luftfracht Export (m/w/d)

Wie du dich einbringst * End\-to\-End\-Betreuung unserer Kunden entlang der gesamten Luftfracht\-Transportkette * Steuerung und Koordination von Exportsendungen unter Berücksichtigung von Service\-, Qualitäts\- und Terminvorgaben * Planung und Disposition von Transporten sowie Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs * Proaktives Sendungsmonitoring und transparente Kommunikation mit Kunden und Partnern * Erstellung und Prüfung relevanter Transport\- und Zolldokumente. * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Airlines, Fuhrunternehmen und internen Stakeholdern * Kontinuierliche Überwachung von KPIs und Umsetzung von Optimierungsmassnahmen Was dich auszeichnet

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Spedition und Logistik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation * Berufserfahrung in Bereich Luftfracht und Gefahrgut\-Zertifikat von Vorteil * Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office * Ausgeprägte Kunden\- und Serviceorientierung sowie Kommunikationsstärke * Organisationstalent, Teamgeist und Flexibilität * Fliessende Deutsch\- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Was für dich drin ist
