Spezialist Finanzmarktregulierung \- Recovery \& Resolution (m/w/d) ===================================================================

Die FINMA beaufsichtigt den Schweizer Finanzmarkt. Sie schützt die Interessen der Anlegerinnen und Anleger, Gläubiger und Versicherten und trägt mit ihrer Aufsicht zur Stabilität und Wettbewerbsfähigkeit der Finanzmarktakteure bei. Dafür engagieren sich täglich über 800 kompetente und motivierte Mitarbeitende.

Wir bieten Ihnen im Geschäftsbereich Recovery und Resolution eine Tätigkeit als

Hauptaufgaben

  • Strategische und inhaltliche Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von regulatorischen Initiativen im Bereich Recovery \& Resolution; Übernahme fachlicher Verantwortung für Teilgebiete
  • Vertretung der FINA in Regulierungsprojekten für Banken, Versicherungen und Finanzmarktinfrastrukturen sowie in der Zusammenarbeit mit nationalen und internationalen Partnerbehörden
  • Fallweise Mitarbeit bei institutsbezogenen Fragestellungen
  • Erarbeitung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen und Briefings für FINMA\-Gremien
  • Mitarbeit in internationalen Arbeitsgruppen (z.B. Financial Stability Board) nach Absprache

Profil

  • Hochschulabschluss, vorzugsweise in ökonomischer / betriebswirtschaftlicher Fachrichtung
  • Mindestens zwei Jahre Erfahrung im Finanzsektor und/oder in der Finanzregulierung (idealerweise Recovery und Resolution oder Kapital\-, Liquiditäts\- bzw. Risikomanagement) bei Banken, Versicherungen, Finanzmarktinfrastrukturen oder Prüf\-/Beratungsunternehmen
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke: komplexe Sachverhalte klar, verständlich und adressatengerecht aufbereiten (schriftlich und mündlich)
  • Hoher Selbstorganisationsgrad und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Freude an projektorientierter Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern
  • Sehr gute Deutsch\- (C2\) und Englischkenntnisse (C1\); weitere Amtssprache von Vorteil
