Spezialist Formulierungsentwicklung 80 \- 100 % Unser Kunde Unser Kunde ist auf die Entwicklung, Produktion und den Vertrieb von pflanzlichen Arzneimitteln (Phytopharmaka), Nahrungsmitteln und Nahrungsergänzungsmitteln aus Frischpflanzen spezialisiert. Der Vertrieb erfolgt national und international über Apotheken, Drogerien, aber auch über Reformhäuser und Supermärkte. Die gut 170 Mitarbeitenden in der Schweiz leben die Eigenständigkeit und Eigenverantwortung jeden Tag in einem familiären Umfeld. Arbeitsort: Kreuzlingen Ihr Verantwortungsbereich Entwicklung und Optimierung pflanzlicher Arzneiformen sowie galenische Weiterentwicklung bestehender Präparate vom Labor\- bis zum Produktionsmassstab. Planung, Durchführung und Auswertung experimenteller Versuchsreihen sowie Monitoring von Stabilitätsprofilen in Kooperation mit der Analytik. Erstellung technischer Entwicklungsunterlagen, Formulierungsberichte und Risikoanalysen zur Sicherstellung der Prozessrobustheit. Mitwirkung bei der Etablierung und Pflege eines abteilungsinternen Knowledge\-Management\-Systems. Ausarbeitung der qualitätsrelevanten CTD\-Module für Zulassungsverfahren und regulatorische Änderungsanzeigen. Begleitung von Technologietransfers sowie Durchführung von Prozessoptimierungen und \-validierungen. Bearbeitung von GMP\-Abweichungen inklusive Ursachenforschung (Root\-Cause\-Analysis) sowie Festlegung und Kontrolle von CAPA\-Massnahmen. Ganzheitliche Steuerung von Entwicklungsprojekten unter Einbezug der Schnittstellen Produktion, QA, QC, Regulatory Affairs, Einkauf, Marketing und Rohstoffgewinnung Ihr Profil Abgeschlossenes Studium der Pharmazie, Chemie, Biologie, Verfahrenstechnik oder einer vergleichbaren naturwissenschaftlichen Fachrichtung. Einschlägige Praxis in der galenischen Entwicklung oder Herstellung von Arzneimitteln bzw. Supplementen, idealerweise im Bereich der Phytotherapie. Fundierte Kenntnisse im GMP\-regulierten Umfeld. Sicherer Umgang mit komplexen Datenmengen sowie analytische Kompetenz bei der Interpretation von Stabilitäts\- und Herstellungsprozessen. Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. Pragmatische, wissenschaftlich fundierte Arbeitsweise sowie die Fähigkeit zur präzisen Vermittlung komplexer Sachverhalte.
