  • Prüfung und Bearbeitung der Leistungsanträge, Kostengutsprachen, Bedarfsmeldungen und Rechnungen im stationären und pflegerischen Bereich nach den gesetzlichen Vorgaben
  • Telefonische und schriftliche Beratung und Betreuung unserer Versicherten sowie Leistungserbringern
  • Klärung komplexer Leistungsfälle in Zusammenarbeit mit den Vertrauensärzt:innen

Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossene Grundausbildung in der Pflege und/oder im kaufmännischen Bereich
  •  Erfahrung in der Leistungsabteilung einer Krankenversicherung
  • Fachliche Kenntnisse im Bereich stationäre und pflegerische Leistungen, Erfahrung mit RAI-HC/BESA
  • Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Italienisch- und Deutschkenntnisse werden vorausgesetzt
  • Hohe Selbständigkeit und Engagement sowie Entscheidungsfähigkeit
  • Kommunikative und aufgeschlossene Persönlichkeit
