Bei ALBIRO arbeiten Sie an einem zentralen Punkt der Organisation und tragen dazu bei, dass unsere Marken, Produkte und Themen professionell weiterentwickelt und wirkungsvoll kommuniziert werden. Sie bringen Inhalte auf den Punkt, sorgen dafür, dass ALBIRO sichtbar bleibt und dass die richtigen Botschaften die richtigen Menschen erreichen.

Dabei geht es um weit mehr als schöne Kommunikation. Sie verstehen, was ALBIRO und die Tochtergesellschaften bewegt, erkennen, was unsere Zielgruppen interessiert, und übersetzen beides in relevante Inhalte und wirkungsvolle Marketingmassnahmen.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Strategische Mitverantwortung, Weiterentwicklung und aktive Umsetzung der Marketing\- und Kommunikationsstrategie.
  • Konzeption und Erarbeitung von zielgruppenspezifischen und langfristigen Kommunikations\- und Marketingkonzepten.
  • steuern und umsetzen von Massnahmen im Bereich Direct\-, Online\- und Social Media\-Marketing sowie in der Verkaufsförderung.
  • Erstellen von Newslettern und Social\-Media\-Content inklusive Kanalbetreuung.
  • Erstellen von Marketing\-Instrumenten (Produkteflyer, Factsheets, etc.) und Unterstützung beim Webauftritt
  • Definieren von relevanten KPIs, erstellen von regelmässigen Reportings und datengestützte Erfolgsmessung zur Strategieoptimierung.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Verkauf und externen Firmen.

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung idealerweise in Kommunikation/Marketing sowie fundierte Berufserfahrung
  • Hohe Affinität für digitale\-Kommunikation (Direct\-Marketing, Social Media)
  • Schreib\- und Redaktionsfähigkeiten
  • Erfahrung in der Konzeption und strategischen Steuerung von Kampagnen sowie im datengestützten Reporting
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit klarem Fokus und hoher Eigenverantwortung
  • Einwandfreie Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, ösischkenntnisse von Vorteil
