In dieser Rolle verstärkst du bei Zurich Schweiz den Geschäftsbereich Direct, Digital & Customer Care im Bereich SOS First Level und leistest einen wichtigen Beitrag zu unserem gemeinsamen Erfolg. Als Spezialist in der Abteilung SOS First Level bist du für unsere Kundinnen und Kunden in einer Notfallsituation die erste Ansprechperson am Telefon: Du nimmst Anrufe von Versicherten, Partnern und internen Stellen in verschiedenen Sprachen entgegen, organisierst Sofortmassnahmen und koordinierst Unterstützung in unterschiedlichen Schaden- und Notfällen. Zudem übernimmst du die entsprechende Korrespondenz und sorgst für eine effiziente Weiterverarbeitung der Fälle.

Das erwartet dich

Du nimmst Anrufe von Versicherten, Partnern und internen Stellen in verschiedenen Sprachen entgegen und bist ihre erste Ansprechperson in Notsituationen. Du organisierst Sofortmassnahmen und koordinierst Unterstützung bei verschiedenen Schaden- und Notfällen. Du führst die telefonische und schriftliche Korrespondenz mit Versicherten und Partnern. Du bearbeitest Folgeaufträge und stellst eine effiziente Weiterverarbeitung der Fälle sicher. Du unterstützt das Team bei Motorfahrzeugschäden.

Das zeichnet dich aus

Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung und/oder Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Tätigkeit im Kundenservice Hohe Kunden-, Service- und Lösungsorientierung sowie rasche Auffassungsgabe Flexibilität in der Einsatzplanung (Montag – Freitag: Früh-, Mittel,- und Spätschichten zwischen 6:00-22:30 Uhr) Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (Schweizerdeutsch) und fliessende Italienischkenntnisse, ergänzt durch gute Englischkenntnisse, (Französisch von Vorteil)
