Als Spezialist Support Leistungen Personenversicherungen (m/w/d) verstärkst du bei Zurich Schweiz den Geschäftsbereich Schaden im Bereich Leistungen Personenversicherung im Team Leistungen PV Support und leistest einen wichtigen Beitrag zu unserem gemeinsamen Erfolg. Als erste Anlaufstelle für Leistungsfälle im Bereich Krankentaggeld und Unfallversicherung aus der ganzen Schweiz sorgst du gemeinsam mit deinem Team dafür, dass die Fälle schnell, vollständig und korrekt im System erfasst und in einem bestimmten Fallsegment direkt bearbeitet werden. Dabei agierst du in einem dynamischen Umfeld und einem motivierten Team, das für unsere Firmenkundschaft täglich erstklassigen Service leistet.

Das erwartet dich

Du erfasst neue Leistungsfälle im System und stellst sicher, dass alle Angaben vollständig und korrekt sind. Du berücksichtigst spezifische Kundenanforderungen bei der Erfassung und Zuordnung der Fälle. Du weist die Leistungsfälle den zuständigen Spezialistinnen und Spezialisten zur weiteren Bearbeitung zu. Du nimmst bei Bedarf Abklärungen im Team oder telefonisch bei Kundinnen und Kunden vor. Du bearbeitest – abhängig von deiner Entwicklung und deinem Interesse – nach einer gewissen Zeit auch einfache Leistungsfälle, prüfst die Versicherungsdeckung, rechnest Taggelder ab und stellst eine korrekte Leistungsabwicklung sicher.

Das zeichnet dich aus

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder medizinische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Genaue und effiziente Arbeitsweise, schnelle Auffassungsgabe und Freude an administrativen Arbeiten Teamplayerpersönlichkeit, die sich durch eine hohe Leistungsbereitschaft, Zuverlässigkeit und Flexibilität auszeichnet Jede Menge Motivation, Eigenantrieb und Begeisterungsfähigkeit Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen (Französisch/Italienisch) sind von Vorteil
