Job Description ##

  • Verantwortung für die Hauptbuchhaltung und verschiedene Gesellschaften
  • Erstellung der Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse nach Swiss GAAP FER
  • Verantwortung für die Nebenbücher inklusive Debitoren und Kreditoren
  • Durchführung von Kontenabstimmungen und Intercompany-Abstimmungen
  • Erstellung und Einreichung von MWST-Abrechnungen
  • Unterstützung bei Steuer- und Revisionsprüfungen
  • Verantwortung für das Cash Management und den Zahlungsverkehr
  • Erstellung von Reports und Analysen für das Finance Management
  • Unterstützung bei Budgetierungs- und Forecast-Prozessen
  • Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung bestehender Accounting-Prozesse
  • Mitarbeit bei Finance-Projekten sowie bei der Weiterentwicklung des ERP-Systems
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern und externen Partnern

The Successful Applicant ##

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen, idealerweise eidg. Fachausweis
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Accounting, vorzugsweise in einem internationalen Industrieunternehmen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Gute Kenntnisse der Schweizer Rechnungslegung
  • Erfahrung mit Intercompany-Transaktionen und Mehrwertsteuer
  • Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel
  • Erfahrung mit einem gängigen ERP-System, idealerweise SAP
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Analytische, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Eigenverantwortung und ausgeprägte Zahlenaffinität
  • Teamorientierte und kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit
