Stagiaire Cartographie de Processus \- Stage entre 6 et 12 mois \- 100 %

En tant que stagiaire en cartographie des processus, tu collaboreras avec notre service Optimisation et Automatisation des Processus pour modéliser, analyser et améliorer nos processus internes. Ce stage s’adresse à une personne en cours de formation souhaitant acquérir une expérience pratique.

Ce que tu fais au quotidien

En étroite collaboration avec les différentes équipes, tu découvriras leur fonctionnement et développeras une compréhension globale des activités et des interactions au sein de l’entreprise.

Tu participeras à la modélisation et à l’analyse des processus existants. Tu réaliseras leur cartographie détaillée à l’aide de l’outil Bizagi, en appliquant la méthodologie BPMN.

Sur la base de tes analyses, tu identifieras des pistes d’amélioration et contribueras à la proposition d’indicateurs de performance (KPI) et de SLA. Tu participeras également à la préparation des ateliers de modélisation des processus.

Ce que tu apportes à l’équipe

Étudiant·e en dernière année de Bachelor ou de Master en ingénierie, informatique, gestion ou dans un domaine connexe, tu recherches un stage permettant de valider ton diplôme via l’obtention de crédits ECTS, ou tu recherches un stage de césure entre ton Bachelor et ton Master. Tu disposes d’une bonne capacité d’analyse et tu sais traduire les besoins métier en solutions concrètes.

Tu maîtrises les environnements MS Office, notamment Excel. De bonnes connaissances en outils de reporting (Power BI) constituent un avantage et une connaissance des outils de modélisation des processus tels que BPMN ou UML représente un atout supplémentaire.

Tu fais preuve de flexibilité, de proactivité et d’autonomie dans la réalisation de tes missions. Ton sens des priorités, de l’organisation et du détail, ainsi que ton respect des procédures, te permettent de travailler avec rigueur. De langue maternelle française, tu possèdes idéalement des connaissances en allemand, qui constituent un atout.
