Stagiaire \- Data, IA \& D\éveloppement

Pendant ce stage de 6 mois, vous rejoindrez l'équipe Data \& Digitalisation au sein du service SGQP, en charge du suivi post\-livraison sur un large portefeuille de projets : des dizaines de chantiers et des milliers de donn\ées complexes à transformer en solutions concrètes. Ce que vous pouvez réaliser chez nous --------------------------------------

Une vraie diversité de missions différentes des projets académiques. En Data \& BI, vous cr\éerez des dashboards Power BI impactants et des vues SQL dans Snowflake, en suivant un vrai process professionnel (exploration → développement → test → production). En IA appliquée, vous utiliserez et évaluerez des outils concrets pour l'analyse, la classification et l'automatisation de processus métier. En développement logiciel, vous contribuerez à la création d'outils internes robustes en JS/React et Python backend. Vous travaillerez directement avec les équipes métier pour comprendre leurs besoins et tester vos solutions ensemble. Certaines missions suivront une méthodologie Agile structurée (sprints, revues), d'autres un mode R\&D (exploration, prototypage). Et surtout : dans un environnement qui valorise votre initiative, si vous avez une id\ée, vous pouvez la proposer, la tester, et la voir déployée en production.

Ce que vous apportez --------------------

  • Une formation en data, informatique, IA ou transformation digitale (école d'ingénieur, HES, université, etc.)
  • Compétences indispensables : SQL (requêtes, jointures, agrégations), Power BI (création de rapports, modèle sémantique), Python intermédiaire (pandas, manipulation de données)
  • Expérience préalable (stage, projet scolaire ou personnel) en data, IA ou développement logiciel (pas uniquement des exercices de cours)
  • Compétences appréciées : développement applicatif avec outils d'IA (Copilot, Cursor), Git/GitHub, Snowflake ou entrepôt de données, LLMs/APIs
  • Curieux·se, rigoureux·se, force de proposition, avec un fort esprit d'analyse et une attention au détail
  • Maîtrise du français (écrit et oral) indispensable ; l'allemand, même intermédiaire, est un atout
