Stagiaire en Expérience client et amélioration continue \- 6 mois

En tant que stagiaire, tu contribues au développement d'une culture d'amélioration continue de l'expérience client en structurant les dispositifs d'écoute client et en valorisant les connaissances internes. Ce stage te permettra de découvrir concrètement les enjeux de l'expérience client, de la gestion de l'information et de l'analyse de la satisfaction dans un environnement professionnel stimulant.

Ce que tu fais au quotidien

Tu contribues à la structuration et à la documentation des enquêtes de satisfaction clients, en collaborant avec différents interlocuteurs afin de garantir la qualité et la cohérence des informations disponibles.

Tu consolides, organises et mets en forme les résultats d'enquêtes, afin de faciliter leur exploitation et leur diffusion auprès des équipes concernées.

Tu participes au développement et à l'animation de l'espace SharePoint dédié à l'expérience client, en veillant à rendre les connaissances et les ressources facilement accessibles aux collaborateurs.

Tu identifies des opportunités d'amélioration dans l'organisation de l'information et, selon ton autonomie et l'avancement des missions prioritaires, tu peux être amené·e à contribuer à certains projets liés à l'expérience client.

Ce que tu apportes à l’équipe

Étudiant·e en dernière année de Bachelor ou en Master dans les domaines de l'expérience client, du management, de la gestion de projet, de la business analyse, du tourisme/hôtellerie ou dans une formation équivalente, tu recherches un stage permettant de valider ton diplôme via l’obtention de crédits ECTS, ou tu recherches un stage de césure entre ton Bachelor et ton Master.

Tu t’intéresses aux enjeux liés à l’expérience client et souhaites mettre tes connaissances en pratique dans un environnement professionnel. Une première expérience en lien avec la relation client constitue un atout.

Doté·e d’un esprit structuré et d’un bon sens de l’organisation, tu fais preuve de curiosité, d’autonomie et d’aisance dans les contacts. Tu apprécies le travail en équipe et sais collaborer avec des interlocuteurs variés dans un contexte de projet.

Rigoureux·se et analytique, tu disposes de bonnes capacités d'analyse et de synthèse et es à l'aise pour transformer des informations complexes en contenus clairs et facilement exploitables. Tu maîtrises les outils Microsoft 365, notamment Excel, PowerPoint et SharePoint.
