Projet d'entreprise

Au sein de nos ateliers de fabrication de limes, vous intégrerez les équipes Opérations et participerez directement à des projets d’amélioration de la performance industrielle.

Dans un environnement de production mêlant savoir\-faire historique, procédés industriels et transformation des ateliers, votre mission sera d’analyser les flux, identifier les sources de pertes et mettre en oeuvre des solutions concrètes avec les équipes terrain.

Vos missions

Vous interviendrez notamment sur les sujets suivants :

  • Analyser les flux de production à travers une démarche VSM (Value Stream Mapping) ;
  • Identifier et mettre en oeuvre des actions d’amélioration continue ;
  • Optimiser l’organisation et l’ergonomie des postes de travail ;
  • Participer à des projets d’amélioration ou de transformation des procédés de fabrication ;
  • Faire évoluer les outils de management visuel des ateliers : encours, takt time, charge/capacité, productivité, qualité et suivi des actions ;
  • Accompagner les managers et les équipes de production dans la mise en oeuvre des actions terrain.

Profil recherché

* Élève en dernière année d’école d’ingénieur avec une orientation génie industriel ou gestion de production.

Formation base et continue

  • Industrialisation produits (méthodes de fabrication, organisation, optimisation et gestion des flux industriels et des équipements)
  • Compétences de base des outils de planification (MRP, MRP II, Quantités économiques, etc.)
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques (MS Office, Solidworks)
  • manufacturing, 5S, VSM
  • Gestion de projet
  • Appétence pour le travail terrain
  • Rigoureux
  • Base mécanique
  • Autonomie

Début de l'activité : Stage à partir du mois de février 2027
