Stagiaire RH gestion des processus – Stage entre 6 et 12 mois – 100%

En tant que Stagiaire RH tu contribues à la cartographie et à la formalisation des processus RH en analysant les pratiques existantes, et en participant à la mise en place d’une base documentaire commune garantissant la cohérence et la standardisation des pratiques au sein du département RH.

Ce que tu fais au quotidien

Tu gères l’analyse, la formalisation et la mise à jour des processus RH, des marches à suivre, des instructions et des directives internes. Tu veilles à leur cohérence et à leur actualisation, tout en contribuant à la création d’une base documentaire RH commune et à la standardisation des pratiques.

Tu participes à l’analyse et à l’optimisation des processus RH, notamment dans les domaines du recrutement, de l’onboarding, de la gestion de la performance et des absences. Tu identifies et proposes des pistes d’amélioration pour simplifier, harmoniser ou digitaliser les processus, en collaboration avec les équipes concernées.

Tu collabores avec les différentes équipes RH sur des sujets transversaux visant à améliorer l’efficacité et la qualité des processus. Tu contribues également à la préparation des reportings RH et des indicateurs de performance, afin de faciliter le suivi et l’amélioration continue des activités RH.

Ce que tu apportes à l’équipe

Tu es en dernière année de Bachelor ou de Master en psychologie, droit, économie ou gestion, idéalement avec une orientation RH ou analyse de processus, tu recherches un stage permettant de valider ton diplôme via l’obtention de credits ECTS, ou tu recherches un stage de césure entre ton Bachelor et ton Master. Une première expérience dans un environnement RH, administratif ou organisationnel, acquise par exemple lors d’un stage, d’un projet ou d’un travail de mémoire, constitue un plus.

Tu communiques avec aisance et collabores efficacement avec différents interlocuteurs. Tu sais analyser et synthétiser les informations, rédiger de manière claire et structurée et organiser ton travail avec autonomie, rigueur et discrétion, notamment dans le traitement d’informations confidentielles.

Tu disposes de bonnes connaissances des principaux domaines RH et des bases en analyse et modélisation de processus. Tu maîtrises les outils bureautiques comme Excel, Word et PowerPoint, et tu es à l’aise avec les outils collaboratifs et de gestion documentaire tels que Teams et SharePoint. Tu t’intéresses aux pratiques RH modernes, à l’amélioration continue et à la digitalisation des processus.
