Standortleiter LKW Werkstatt \& Kundendienst 100% (m/w/d) =========================================================

Hier freuen sich spannende Aufgaben auf dich

  • Leitung der Werkstatt und Kundendienstes des Standortes Hägendorf
  • Verantwortlich für die Zielerreichung und die Auslastung des Standortes
  • Unterstützung der Teamleiter sowie Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Tagesbetriebs
  • Planung von Personal, Aufträgen und Ressourcen inkl. Einsatz\- und Terminplanung
  • Mitarbeit im Kundendienst
  • Überwachung der Auftragsausführung, Qualität, Sicherheit und Termintreue
  • Aktive Kundenbetreuung und Kundenakquise

Was benötigst du, um dich in der Position wohlzufühlen?

  • Abgeschlossene technische Grundausbildung als Automobilmechatroniker (Automobilfachmann von Vorteil)
  • Weiterbildung als Automobildiagnostiker, Serviceberater oder Werkstattkoordinator
  • Betriebswirtschaftliche oder vergleichbare Weiterbildung von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung in einer Führungs\-, Koordinations\- oder Servicefunktion
  • Branchenerfahrung von Vorteil (Werkstatt\-, Transport\-, oder Servicebranche)
  • Hohe Kunden\- und Dienstleistungsorientierung
