Im Auftrag einer führenden Beratungs\- und Treuhandunternehmung suchen wir eine erfahrene Führungspersönlichkeit, welche die Verantwortung für einen bedeutenden Standort übernimmt und dessen Weiterentwicklung massgeblich prägt.

Diese Funktion richtet sich an Persönlichkeiten mit Unternehmergeist, die ihre Marktkenntnisse, ihr Netzwerk und ihre Führungserfahrung gezielt einsetzen möchten, um ein bestehendes Team weiterzuentwickeln und nachhaltiges Wachstum zu fördern.

der Arbeit

* Gesamtverantwortung und operative und strategische Leitung einer etablierten Treuhandfiliale * Unternehmerische Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung des Standorts * Fachliche und personelle Führung eines eingespielten Teams von qualifizierten Mitarbeitenden * Betreuung und Beratung anspruchsvoller Unternehmenskunden in finanziellen, steuerlichen und betriebswirtschaftlichen Fragestellungen * Aufbau neuer Geschäftsbeziehungen sowie Pflege eines bestehenden Kundennetzwerks * Betreuung und Beratung anspruchsvoller KMU\-Kunden in sämtlichen Treuhandfragen * Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Markt\- und Wachstumsstrategien für die Region * Verantwortung für komplexe Mandate in den Bereichen Rechnungswesen, Abschlussberatung, Steuern, Controlling und Unternehmensberatung * Begleitung von Unternehmensnachfolgen, Finanzierungsprojekten, Restrukturierungen und weiteren unternehmerischen Fragestellungen * Sicherstellung hoher Qualitätsstandards sowie nachhaltiger Kundenbeziehungen Repräsentation des Unternehmens im regionalen Marktumfeld

* Förderung einer leistungsorientierten, wertschätzenden und zukunftsgerichteten Teamkultur Repräsentation des Unternehmens gegenüber Kunden, Verbänden und weiteren Marktteilnehmern

Anforderungsprofil

* Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in einem Treuhand\- oder Beratungsunternehmen * Expertenabschluss im Bereich Treuhand, Wirtschaftsprüfung, Rechnungswesen \& Controlling * Starkes Netzwerk von Vorteil * Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln; Hohe Kundenorientierung und professionelles Auftreten * Ausgeprägte Führungs\- und Sozialkompetenz * Freude an Marktaufbau, Kundenentwicklung und Teamführung * Selbstständige, lösungsorientierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise * Dynamische, empathische Persönlichkeit * Ihr Idealalter: um die 40 Jahre Das erwartet Sie:
