  • Fachliche, personelle und organisatorische Führung einer Pflegestation sowie Sicherstellung einer qualitativ hochwertigen Patientenversorgung
  • Planung und Koordination der Stationsabläufe sowie Sicherstellung eines bedarfsgerechten und kompetenzgerechten Personaleinsatzes
  • Führung, Förderung und Entwicklung der Mitarbeitenden sowie Begleitung von Veränderungsprozessen
  • Aktive Mitarbeit in der direkten Pflege und Teilnahme an interdisziplinären Visiten, Rapporten und Besprechungen
  • Förderung einer konstruktiven interprofessionellen Zusammenarbeit sowie Sicherstellung eines transparenten Informationsflusses
  • Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung der Pflegequalität, Prozesse und Stationsziele

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF oder FH
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung sowie ausgewiesene Führungserfahrung im Pflegebereich
  • Weiterbildung im Bereich Führung oder Management abgeschlossen
  • Hohe Sozial- und Kommunikationskompetenz sowie eine wertschätzende und klare Führungspersönlichkeit
  • Ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Organisationsgeschick und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Freude an der Weiterentwicklung der Pflege und an der interprofessionellen Zusammenarbeit
