An den vier Schulen in Ostermundigen werden rund 1-800 Schülerinnen und Schüler von gegen 300 Lehrpersonen unterrichtet. Auf der Schulanlage Rothus wird die 5. Schule in der Gemeinde Ostermundigen eröffnet. Wir suchen ab Februar, spätestens ab 1. August 2027 für die neue Schule Rothus eine

Aufgaben ###

Ab dem Schuljahr 2027/28 umfasst die Schule Rothus 12 Klassen im Zyklus 3, darunter eine Klasse für besondere Förderung. Die Anlage wird derzeit umfassend saniert und durch einen modernen Neubau ergänzt. Der historische Teil wird sorgfältig restauriert und mit zeitgemässen Lernräumen wie Gruppen und Fachräumen ausgestattet. Die Schulkommission hat die Projektleiterin gewählt, welche aktuell die Inbetriebnahme Rothus vorbereitet und durch ein Projektteam unterstützt wird. Die Projektleiterin ist zudem als neue Schulleitung Rothus gewählt. Zur Schule Rothus wird eine Schulsozialarbeiterin/ein Schulsozialarbeiter gehören. Eine Schulsekretärin/ein Schulsekretär wird die Schulleitung in administrativen Arbeiten unterstützen. Ihr vielfältiger Aufgabenbereich Sie wirken in der fachlichen, personellen und pädagogischen Führung der Schule Rothus mit. Dabei begleiten Sie Lehrpersonen sowie Schülerinnen und Schüler beim Einzug in das neue Schulhaus und fördern die Teambildung des neu zusammengesetzten Kollegiums. Gemeinsam mit der Schulleiterin sorgen Sie für einen reibungslosen Schulbetrieb und engagieren sich aktiv für die Sicherung sowie die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Schulqualität.

Anforderungen ###

Sie verfügen über Erfahrung als Lehrperson oder idealerweise bereits als Schulleitungsmitglied. Veränderungen und Unvorhergesehenem begegnen Sie mit Gelassenheit, Flexibilität und einer lösungsorientierten Haltung. Mit Ihrer wertschätzenden Kommunikation, Ihrer Empathie und Ihrer Durchsetzungsfähigkeit tragen Sie dazu bei, dass das neu zusammengesetzte Kollegium zu einem starken Team zusammenwächst. Auch wenn Sie noch keine Schulleitungserfahrung mitbringen, freuen wir uns auf Ihre Bewerbung, sofern Sie motiviert sind, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und in diese Rolle hineinzuwachsen.

Wir bieten ###

Es erwartet Sie ein grosszügiger Arbeitsplatz mit zeitgemässer Infrastruktur. Wunschpensum: - Februar 2027 bis Juli 2027: 10% bis 20% (inkl. Mitarbeit im Projektteam) - Ab August 2027: 20% Das Pensum kann mit Unterrichtstätigkeit an der Schule ab August 2027 aufgestockt werden. Die Schulkommission wird die Stv. Schulleiterin bzw. den Stv. Schulleiter am 9. Dezember 2026 wählen. Die Vorstellungsgespräche finden zwischen dem 16. und 18. November 2026 statt.
