steht seit 1932 für hochwertige Uhren, Schmuck und persönliche Beratung in der Churer Altstadt. Wir suchen eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, die aktiv verkauft und Verantwortung für einen gut organisierten Verkaufsalltag übernimmt.

Ihre Aufgaben -------------

  • Sie beraten unsere Kundinnen und Kunden persönlich und kompetent und pflegen langfristige Kundenbeziehungen.
  • Sie unterstützen die Verkaufsleitung und übernehmen bei deren Abwesenheit die operative Führung des Tagesgeschäfts.
  • Sie führen Tagesbriefings, koordinieren Aufgaben und Prioritäten und unterstützen die Mitarbeitenden bei anspruchsvollen Kundengesprächen.
  • Sie behalten offene Kundenanliegen und vereinbarte Rückmeldungen im Blick und sorgen für eine zuverlässige Bearbeitung durch die zuständigen Personen.
  • Sie koordinieren Kundentermine, Abholungen und Übergaben zwischen Verkauf, Administration und Werkstätten.
  • Sie achten auf die Qualität der CRM Einträge und die Umsetzung unserer Beratungs und Servicestandards.
  • Sie arbeiten mit verschiedenen internen Fachstellen zusammen und unterstützen Kundenveranstaltungen.

Ihr Profil ----------

  • Erfahrung im hochwertigen Verkauf, idealerweise mit Uhren oder Schmuck.
  • Organisationsvermögen, Eigeninitiative und eine sorgfältige Arbeitsweise.
  • Freude an persönlichen Kundenbeziehungen und eine natürliche Gastgebermentalität.
  • Ein verbindliches Auftreten und die Fähigkeit, Mitarbeitende im Alltag anzuleiten und zu unterstützen.
  • Erste Führungserfahrung oder die Bereitschaft, schrittweise Verantwortung zu übernehmen.
  • Interesse an Uhren, Schmuck und Handwerk sowie Sicherheit im Umgang mit digitalen Verkaufsinstrumenten.
