Ihre Aufgaben

  • Allgemeine Service\-, Reparatur\- und Diagnosearbeiten
  • Unterstützung von unserem Werkstattleiter
  • Stellvertretung des Werkstattleiters bei deren Abwesenheit
  • Verantwortung für diverse Prozesse in der Werkstatt sowie auf den Kundenbaustellen
  • Sicherstellung der Qualitäts\- und Termineinhaltungen
  • Technische Unterstützung für unsere Maschinisten, Mechaniker und Lernenden

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Berufslehre als Baumaschinen\-, Landmaschinen\- oder Lastwagenmechaniker mit Berufserfahrung
  • Erste Führungserfahrung ist von Vorteil. Die Bereitschaft, Führungsverantwortung zu übernehmen, wird vorausgesetzt
  • Verantwortungsbewusste, zuverlässige und initiative Persönlichkeit
  • Flexibilität und die Motivation, bei Bedarf über das übliche Mass hinaus Einsatz zu zeigen
  • Freude an Mechanik, Hydraulik und Elektrik
  • Bereitschaft zur fachlichen Weiterbildung und persönlichen Weiterentwicklung
