Stellvertretung I des Stadtschreibers (60 – 80 %)

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Erste Stellvertretung des Stadtschreibers
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Stadtschreiber in der Vorbereitung und Nachbearbeitung von Stadtratsgeschäften
  • Geschäftsordnung und Archivwesen
  • Verantwortlich für die ordentlichen und erleichterten Einbürgerungen
  • Mitverantwortlich für das Wahlbüro (Wahlen und Abstimmungen)
  • Stellvertretung für Bereich Soziales
  • Organisation von Anlässen
  • Mitarbeit Vollzug des Gastgewerberechts
  • Mitarbeit bei Raumvermietungen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Lernendenausbildung

Ihr Profil

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung mit möglichst mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung (idealerweise bei einer Stadt\- oder Gemeindeverwaltung)
  • Abgeschlossene gemeindespezifische Weiterbildungen (CAS Fachkompetenz Gemeindeschreiber) oder die Bereitschaft, diese zu absolvieren
  • Ihre Arbeitsweise zeichnet sich durch hohe Eigeninitiative, Exaktheit und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise aus.
  • Sie haben sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Sie sind interessiert, offen für Neues und Sie schätzen die Kraft guter Teamarbeit
