Das THARAD ist eine Pflegeorganisation der Gemeinden Derendingen, Deitingen und Luterbach. Über 200 Mitarbeitende engagieren sich in den Bereichen der ambulanten und stationären Pflege und Betreuung, Hotellerie, Administration, Sicherheit und Infrastruktur zum Wohl unserer Bewohnenden und Klienten. In unserer Institution stehen die Bedürfnisse und das Wohlbefinden unserer Bewohnenden und Klienten im Mittelpunkt. Das Pflegezentrum bietet 84 Bewohnenden ein zu Hause und verfügt über ein öffentliches Restaurant mit fünfzig Sitzplätzen.

Für die Ergänzung unseres Verpflegungsteams suchen wir per 01. Dezember 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung einen engagierten Koch oder engagierte Köchin als Stellvertretung Leiter Verpflegung 80-100% (m/w)

Deine Aufgaben • Unterstützen des Leiters Verpflegung in der Führung des Verpflegungsbereiches und Übernahme der Stellvertretung bei dessen Abwesenheit • Mitgestaltung der Menüplanung • Übernehmen der Tagesverantwortung für die Produktion und aktive Mitarbeit • Pflegen des Bewohnerkontakts zur Optimierung der individuellen Wünsche/Anforderungen • Sicherstellen und Kontrolle des Wareneinganges, einhalten der Hygienerichtlinien und gesetzlichen Vorgaben, übernehmen von Reinigungs- und Kontrollaufgaben • Kooperative Zusammenarbeit im Team und mit allen übrigen Bereichen • Mithilfe bei Anlässen • Begleiten, anleiten und ausbilden von Lernenden und PraktikantInnen • Mitverantwortung beim Einkauf und der Lagerbewirtschaftung

Dein Profil • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin EFZ, absolvierter Berufsbildnerkurs, Diätkoch von Vorteil aber nicht Voraussetzung • mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, von Vorteil im Gesundheitswesen • Lust Verantwortung zu übernehmen und mitzuhelfen, den Verpflegungsbereich weiterzuentwickeln • Freude an einer frischen, saisonalen und vollwertigen Küche • Organisierte, belastbare, aufgestellte Persönlichkeit mit hoher Einsatzbereitschaft • Selbständige, exakte, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise mit hohem Qualitätsbewusstsein • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten • Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Deutschkenntnisse • Gute PC-Kenntnisse
