Stadtgrün Winterthur plant, pflegt und betreut die Grün\- und Freiräume, den Wald, den Wildpark Bruderhaus, die fünf Friedhöfe sowie das Krematorium der Gartenstadt Winterthur. Unsere Leistungen sind zentral für die Qualität der Gartenstadt Winterthur als Wohn\- und Wirtschaftsstandort.

Die Friedhofverwaltung mit einem Team von fünf Mitarbeitenden ist für die pietätvolle und professionelle Abwicklung von rund 1000 Todesfällen und Beisetzungen pro Jahr sowie für die Administration der fünf Winterthurer Friedhöfe zuständig. Sie ist eine wichtige Anlaufstelle für Hinterbliebene bei allen Fragen im Zusammenhang mit einem Todesfall und koordiniert die damit verbundenen Abläufe innerhalb der Stadtverwaltung und mit Partnergemeinden.

Ihre Aufgaben -------------

  • Stellvertretung der Leitung Friedhofverwaltung
  • Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Abteilung, Verbesserung der Prozesse zur Optimierung unserer Dienstleistung gegenüber Ansprechpartnern, Kunden und politischen Gremien
  • Eigenverantwortliche vollständige Gesamtorganisation zur Abwicklung von Todesfällen: Von der Fallaufnahme über Überführung, Bestattung und Trauerfeier bis zur Grabadministration
  • Schnittstelle von Informationsflüssen, Aufträgen und organisatorischen Prozessen
  • Verantwortung für die Ausbildung und Förderung der Lernenden im Fachbereich

Ihr Profil ----------

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung, vorzugsweise in der öffentlichen Verwaltung mit Weiterbildung im Zivilstandswesen oder in Betriebswirtschaft
  • Empathische, erfahrene Führungspersönlichkeit mit ausgewiesener Gesprächs\- und Verhandlungssicherheit, stilsicheres Deutsch, Kenntnisse in Fremdsprachen sind erwünscht
  • Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Versierter Umgang mit MS Office und Datenbanksystemen
