Was Dich erwartet:

  • Kompetente Beratung und aktiver Verkauf von Telekommunikations\- und Digitalprodukten
  • Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen
  • Sicherstellung eines erstklassigen Kundenerlebnisses im Shop
  • Unterstützung bei Service\-, Reparatur\- und Supportanfragen
  • Durchführung administrativer Aufgaben sowie Mithilfe bei Lagerbewirtschaftung und Inventuren
  • Repräsentation der Unternehmenswerte durch professionelles und kundenorientiertes Auftreten

Was Du mitbringen solltest:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Detailhandel EFZ oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Verkaufserfahrung, idealerweise in der Telekommunikationsbranche
  • Erfahrung mit Verkaufszielen, KPIs und Provisionsmodellen
  • Ausgeprägte Verkaufsstärke sowie hohe Eigenmotivation und Erfolgsorientierung
  • Freude am Kundenkontakt und ein überzeugendes Auftreten
  • Technisches Verständnis und ausgeprägte Beratungsfähigkeit
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
