Store Manager 100% (m/w) - BURGER KING ST. GALLEN

Als Store Manager übernimmst du Verantwortung und sorgst dafür, dass der Restaurantbetrieb reibungslos läuft. Du bist das Bindeglied zwischen unseren Gästen und deinem Team. Deine Hauptaufgaben umfassen:

  • operative und administrative Leitung des Burger Kings
  • Unterstützung bei der Betreuung und Beratung unserer Gäste sowie aktiver Verkauf
  • Sicherstellung eines erstklassigen Gästeservices
  • Verantwortung für die Bestellungen
  • Verantwortung für die Dienstplanung mit "Abaplan"
  • Verantwortung für die Einhaltung der BURGER KING® Qualitätsstandards und der strengen Hygienevorschriften gemäß HACCP

Ihr Profil - Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position im Bereich Quick Service - Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams - Ausgeprägte Gästeorientierung und Freundlichkeit - Flexibilität, um sowohl im Früh- als auch im Spätdienst zu arbeiten - Motivation, Zuverlässigkeit und hohe Einsatzbereitschaft - Teamfähigkeit und eine positive Ausstrahlung - Belastbarkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und gute Deutschkenntnisse
