Ihre Aufgaben ###

  • Persönliche Beratung von Kundinnen und Kunden zu Smartphones, Mobilfunklösungen, Zubehör und digitalen Services
  • Individuelle Bedarfsermittlung und Empfehlung geeigneter Produkte und Dienstleistungen
  • Präsentation und verständliche Erklärung technischer Produkte und Funktionen
  • Unterstützung bei Gerätewechseln, Inbetriebnahmen, Datentransfers und weiteren Serviceleistungen
  • Bearbeitung von Kundenanliegen und Sicherstellung einer professionellen Betreuung
  • Aktiver Verkauf und Mitwirkung bei der Erreichung der Store- und Verkaufsziele
  • Unterstützung bei Warenbewirtschaftung, Lagerkontrolle und Inventuren
  • Erledigung verschiedener administrativer Aufgaben im Store

Ihr Profil ###

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Detailhandel oder Erfahrung im Verkauf bzw. Kundenservice
  • Begeisterung für Smartphones, Telekommunikation und moderne Technologien
  • Gutes technisches Verständnis und Freude daran, Produkte einfach und verständlich zu erklären
  • Verkaufstalent sowie ausgeprägte Kunden- und Dienstleistungsorientierung
  • Offene, freundliche und überzeugende Persönlichkeit
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
