Wir suchen in der Region Emmental für unseren Kunden in einer Strafvollzugsanstalt nach Vereinbarung erfahrene, fachkompetente und eigenverantwortliche Dipl. Pflegefachperson (HF, DNII, Psych.), die sich vorstellen kann Menschen aus verschiedenen Kulturkreisen und aussergewöhnlichen Lebenssituationen zu betreuen und begleiten. Sie arbeiten in einem familiären Team, Ihre persönliche Sicherheit wird zu jeder Zeit gewährleistet. Möchten Sie in einem nicht alltäglichen Umfeld arbeiten, wo Sie Ihre Fachkompetenz und Eigenverantwortung einsetzen können? Es sind sowohl temporäre als auch feste Anstellungsverhältnisse möglich.

Anforderungsprofil ##

  • Vielseitige und spannende Arbeit in einer dynamischen Institution
  • Arbeitseinsätze von Montag bis Freitag im Zwei-Schichtdienst und mindestens ein Wochenende pro Monat mit Telefon-Pikettdienst
  • Kein Nachtdienst
  • Diverse bedarfsgerechte interne und externe Weiterbildungsmöglichke
  • Ausbildung mit Tertiärabschluss (AKP, DNII, HF Pflege oder Psychiatrie)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Akutbereich (nach Möglichkeit im Bereich Notfall, Innere Medizin und/oder Psychiatrie)
  • Grosses Verständnis für Menschen aus unterschiedlichen Kulturkreisen, welche sich in einer aussergewöhnlichen Lebenssituation befinden
  • Berufs- und lebenserfahrene Persönlichkeit, die auch in hektischen Situationen die Ruhe bewahren, den Überblick behalten und gezielte Prioritäten setzen kann
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch (Wort und Schrift), gute Kenntnisse in Französisch oder Englisch (Wort)
  • Grosse Sozialkompetenz und Teamfähigkeit
  • Ausgeprägtes Gespür für Nähe und Distanz
  • Gute PC-Kenntnisse sind Voraussetzung

Aufgaben ##

  • Betreuung und Behandlung von somatisch und/oder psychisch kranken Eingewiesenen
  • Erstabklärungen bei medizinischen Fragen, Notfällen, Krisenintervention und das Organisieren von somatischen und psychiatrischen Arztvisiten
  • Aufgleisen und Organisieren von notwendigen Spitaleinweisungen
  • Betreuung und Begleitung stationärer Entzüge von legalen und illegalen Substanzen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Ärzten, Fachstellen und dem Sicherheitspersonal
  • Medizinische Dokumentation und schreiben von Berichten
