Strategischer Einkäufer (m/w/d) (80 \- 100 %) ==============================================

Was du machst

  • Erarbeitung und Umsetzung der Einkaufs\- und Lieferantenstrategie in Abstimmung mit dem Einkauf und/oder den Geschäftsleitern
  • Auswahl, Bewertung und Entwicklung von Lieferanten zu echten Partnern sowie langfristige, belastbare Beziehungen aufbauen
  • Durchführung von Preis\-, Vertrags\- und Konditionsverhandlungen zur Optimierung der Einkaufskonditionen
  • Identifizierung und Analyse neuer Beschaffungsmärkte sowie Evaluierung von Einsparpotenzialen in Einkaufs\- und Herstellungsprozessen
  • Sicherstellung von Kosten\-, Qualitäts\- und Lieferzielen
  • Risikomanagement und Gewährleistung der Versorgungssicherheit bei Lieferengpässen
  • Kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung und Dokumentation der Prozesse und Systeme im Einkauf
  • Aktive Unterstützung des operativen Einkaufs bei kommerziellen, qualitativen und logistischen Problemen und Mitarbeit im Tagesgeschäft
  • Unterstützung bei der Erhebung von Umweltkennzahlen, internen Reportings sowie bei der Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen

Was du mitbringst

  • Fachhochschulabschluss in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder Betriebswirtschaft und/oder vergleichbare Bildungswege mit Weiterbildung im Bereich Einkauf
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im strategischen und operativen Einkauf in einem technischen Umfeld
  • Nachweisebare Verhandlungserfolge mit strategisch relevanten Lieferanten
  • Erfahrung in verschiedenen Fertigungsverfahren von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten, Verhandlungsgeschick und Durchsetzungsstärke
  • Selbständige, lösungsorientierte und verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägtem analytischem und unternehmerischem Denken
  • Verhandlungssichere Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Reisebereitschaft zu den verschiedenen Standorten sowie Lieferanten
