Die Dienststelle Asyl- und Flüchtlingswesen (DAF) des Gesundheits- und Sozialdepartements ist für die strategische und operative Führung des Asyl- und Flüchtlingswesens im Kanton Luzern zuständig. Mit ihren rund 400 engagierten Mitarbeitenden stellt die DAF nebst der Unterbringung und Betreuung auch die Sozialhilfe für Personen aus dem Asyl- und Flüchtlingsbereich sicher und fördert deren Integration in die Gesellschaft und in den Arbeitsmarkt. Du arbeitest sorgfältig, behältst auch bei vielen Dokumenten den Überblick und möchtest neben deinem Studium praktische Erfahrung sammeln? Während vier Monaten unterstützt du uns dabei, Papierdossiers zuverlässig zu digitalisieren und strukturiert elektronisch abzulegen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du bereitest Papierdossiers sorgfältig für die Digitalisierung vor und stellst sicher, dass die Unterlagen vollständig und korrekt geordnet sind.
  • Dokumente scannst du selbständig ein und legst sie am vorgesehenen elektronischen Ablageort ab.
  • Mit gezielten Qualitätskontrollen überprüfst du die digitalisierten Unterlagen auf Vollständigkeit, Lesbarkeit und korrekte Zuordnung.
  • Die Dossiers ordnest und archivierst du nach den definierten Strukturen und Vorgaben.

Dein Profil

  • Du absolvierst derzeit ein Studium (HF, FH oder Universität).
  • Eine selbstständige, sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise zeichnet dich aus.
  • Im Umgang mit gängigen IT-Anwendungen fühlst du dich sicher und findest dich rasch in neuen Systemen zurecht.
  • Diskretion und ein verantwortungsbewusster Umgang mit vertraulichen Daten sind für dich selbstverständlich.
