Unser Kunde ist ein Anbieter von Wohn- und Pflegeangeboten für ältere Menschen in der Region Bern. Für einen Pflegebereich suchen wir ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine FaGe EFZ oder Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH als stellvertretende Teamleitung mit einem Pensum von 60–100 %.

Die Institution verbindet ein möglichst selbstbestimmtes Leben im Alter mit professioneller Pflege und Betreuung. Die Bewohnenden erhalten Unterstützung entsprechend ihren individuellen Bedürfnissen und gesundheitlichen Voraussetzungen.

Im Pflegealltag stehen die persönliche Begleitung, der Erhalt vorhandener Fähigkeiten und eine kontinuierliche Versorgung im Vordergrund. Unterschiedliche Berufsgruppen arbeiten eng zusammen, damit sowohl die pflegerischen als auch die alltäglichen Anliegen der Bewohnenden berücksichtigt werden.

Die Funktion bietet die Möglichkeit, organisatorische und personelle Aufgaben zu übernehmen und gleichzeitig weiterhin in der direkten Pflege mitzuwirken. Der Standort befindet sich in der Region Bern und verfügt über eine gute Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr.

- Unterstützung der Teamleitung bei der Organisation des Pflegealltags und Übernahme definierter Stellvertretungsaufgaben
