Wir suchen nach Vereinbarung Stv. Front Office Manager 80-100% (m/w/d)

DEINE AUFGABEN • Führung und Unterstützung des Réceptionsteam bei Abwesenheit des Front Office Manager • Unterstützung des Front Office Managers bei der Mitarbeitereinsatzplanung • Bearbeitung und Kontrolle der Reservationen von Individualgästen sowie von Gruppen- und Firmengästen mit der Hotelsoftware Apaleo • Kontrolle und Korrektur der Tagesabschlüsse und Vorbereiten der Monatsabschlüsse • Guest Relation und Concierge Service inkl. Reklamationsmanagement • Führen der hauseigenen Postagentur mit Beratung, Versand sowie Abwicklung von Ein- und Auszahlungen • Operative Mitarbeit der Früh-, Spät- und Reservationsschicht • Koordination der Arbeiten mit den anderen Abteilungen

DEIN PROFIL • Ausbildung an der Réception/Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position von Vorteil • Ein Auge fürs Detail und vorbildliche Umgangsformen • Fliessendes Deutsch, sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, Französisch- und weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil • Selbständige, einsatzfreudige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise • Betriebswirtschaftliches Denken • Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse und Erfahrung im Umgang mit Hotel Applikationen
