Wir suchen per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte und erfahrene Persönlichkeit als Stv. Geschäftsleitung / Leitung Pflege Psychiatrie. In dieser verantwortungsvollen Funktion übernehmen Sie die fachliche Führung und Entwicklung des psychiatrischen Pflegebereichs und stellen eine professionelle und individuelle Betreuung der Klientinnen und Klienten in ihrem häuslichen Umfeld sicher.

Ihre Aufgaben: -Fachliche und organisatorische Leitung des Bereichs Psychiatrie -Sicherstellung einer qualitativ hochwertigen psychiatrischen Pflege -Fallführung und Begleitung von Klientinnen und Klienten -Durchführung von Bedarfsabklärungen sowie Pflegeplanung und Dokumentation -Koordination und Zusammenarbeit mit Ärzten, Kliniken, Therapeuten, Angehörigen und weiteren Fachstellen -Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung der Qualitätsstandards -Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung des psychiatrischen Spitex-Angebots

Ihr Profil: -Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH mit Erfahrung in der Psychiatrie -Erfahrung im ambulanten Bereich bzw. in der Spitex von Vorteil -Bereitschaft Führungsverantwortung zu übernehmen -Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise -Hohe Sozialkompetenz und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen -Führerausweis Kat. B

Das erwartet Sie: Eine vielseitige Führungsposition mit Gestaltungsspielraum in einem persönlichen Spitex-Umfeld. Sie erhalten die Möglichkeit, den psychiatrischen Bereich aktiv mitzugestalten und weiterzuentwickeln. Dabei profitieren Sie von flexiblen Arbeitszeiten sowie der Möglichkeit, administrative Tätigkeiten teilweise im Homeoffice zu erledigen.
