Die Schule Manuel ist eine geleitete Quartierschule (Schulkreis Kirchenfeld-Schosshalde) der Stadt Bern. Die Schule führt ab Sommer 2026 46 Klassen vom Kindergarten bis zum 9. Schuljahr mit ca. 900 Kindern und Jugendlichen und 130 Mitarbeitenden. Zum Schulstandort Manuel gehört die Schulanlage Manuel, das Schulhaus Wittigkofen, das Quartierschulhaus Elfenau, die Ganztagesbasisstufe Kirchenfeld sowie die Tagesbetreuung.

Aufgaben ###

Sie unterrichten als stellvertretende Klassenlehrperson in einer 3. Klasse die Fächer NMG, Mathematik, Französisch, BG, BS, Deutsch im Umfang von 18 Lektionen. Zusätzlich engagieren Sie sich mit einer weiteren Stunde im Teamteaching in derselben Klasse. Mit Freude, hoher Fachkompetenz und spürbarem Engagement gestalten Sie einen abwechslungsreichen, motivierenden Unterricht. Sie begleiten die Schülerinnen und Schüler aufmerksam in ihrer persönlichen und schulischen Entwicklung und schaffen Lernräume, in denen Neugier, Vertrauen und Lernfreude wachsen können. Die enge, wertschätzende Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachlehrpersonen sowie mit den Eltern ist für Sie selbstverständlich und wird von Ihnen als Bereicherung erlebt. Mit Offenheit und Kreativität bringen Sie sich aktiv ins Schulleben ein, beteiligen sich an Projekten und Anlässen und tragen engagiert zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Schule bei.

Anforderungen ###

Sie verfügen über ein seminaristisches Primarlehrpatent oder einen Bachelorabschluss für die Primarstufe und bringen idealerweise Erfahrung im Zyklus 2 mit. Sie begeistern sich für den Lehrberuf, verfügen über pädagogisches Geschick und arbeiten mit Freude und Engagement mit Kindern. Als engagierte, kommunikative und belastbare Persönlichkeit stellen Sie die Schülerinnen und Schüler konsequent ins Zentrum Ihres Handelns. Sie schätzen Teamarbeit und den fachlichen Austausch und bringen sich aktiv und konstruktiv ins Kollegium ein. Zudem zeigen Sie Bereitschaft zur aktiven Teilnahme am Schulleben, insbesondere an den obligatorischen Konferenzen am Montag von 16.45 bis 18.00 Uhr.
