Das Universitäts\-Kinderspital beider Basel (UKBB) ist ein eigenständiges, universitäres Kompetenzzentrum für Kinder\- und Jugendmedizin sowie für Lehre und Forschung in der Nordwestschweiz. Aufgrund einer Pensionierung im Team suchen wir für unser akkreditiertes Pädiatrielabor per 1\. Januar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine\n Stv. Leitende\r Dipl. Biomedizinische\r Analytiker\in HF 100%.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Stellvertretende fachliche und organisatorische Leitung des pädiatrischen Labors
  • Mitwirkung bei der Führung, Einsatzplanung und Entwicklung des Laborteams
  • Fachliche Begleitung und Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeitender
  • Sicherstellung effizienter und reibungsloser Laborabläufe
  • Mitverantwortung für das Qualitätsmanagement gemäss DIN EN ISO 15189 sowie für dessen Weiter\- und Neuentwicklung
  • Mitarbeit bei der Einführung und Optimierung neuer Analyseverfahren und Laborprozesse
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitäts\-, Hygiene\-, Sicherheits\- und ArbeitsschutzstandardsDurchführung und Validierung medizinisch\-technischer Laboranalysen (Hämatologie, Gerinnung und Spezialanalytik)
  • Durchführung und Überwachung interner und externer Qualitätskontrollen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als dipl. BMA HF oder Ausbildungsabschluss mit SRK\-Anerkennung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem medizinischen Labor, idealerweise mit erster Führungs\- oder Stellvertretungserfahrung
  • Gute Kenntnisse gängiger Laborinformationssysteme
  • Sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse in Microsoft Office
  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit und Entwicklung von Mitarbeitenden
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Zusammenarbeit mit dem Leitungsteam, interdisziplinären Abteilungen und externen Institutionen
  • Organisationsgeschick, Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Interesse an der Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und Qualitätsstandards
