Der Sennhof bietet im modernisierten historischen Gebäude sowie dem Neubau « » mit der grossen Parkanlage für über 120 Menschen ein Zuhause, wovon 40 Menschen im grosszügigen geschützten Wohnbereich leben. Uns 230 Mitarbeitenden liegt die individuelle Pflege und Betreuung, ein abwechslungsreiches Verpflegungsangebot sowie eine vielfältige Palette an kulturellen und gesellschaftlichen Anlässen sehr am Herzen. Zur Verstärkung unseres Pflegeteams suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine aufgestellte und innovative Persönlichkeit. Ihre Hauptaufgaben

  • Mitverantwortung für die personelle, fachliche und organisatorische Führung eines Wohnbereiches
  • Bei Abwesenheit der Leiter/in Wohnbereich vollständige Übernahme der Funktion als Leiter/in Wohnbereich mit entsprechender Weisungsbefugnis
  • Bedarfs\-, ressourcen\- und kompetenzgerechte Planung der unterstellten Mitarbeitenden
  • Korrekte Führung der elektronischen Pflegedokumentation sowie Leistungserfassung
  • Verantwortlich für eine fachkompetente Pflege und Betreuung der Bewohnenden sowie Förderung und Entwicklung der Pflege\- und Betreuungsqualität
  • Fachliche sowie praktische Unterstützung in berufsspezifischen Fragestellungen
  • Praktische Mitarbeit in der Pflege und Betreuung sowie Mitverantwortung der Ausbildungen

Unsere Anforderungen

  • Ausbildung als Pflegefachfrau/\-mann HF oder HF anerkannt
  • Gute Sozial\- und Fachkompetenz sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Führungserfahrung von Vorteil
  • Gute Informatik\-Kenntnisse
