Als Stellvertretung der OP-Leitung übernimmst du Verantwortung im operativen Tagesgeschäft, gestaltest Prozesse mit und förderst die Weiterentwicklung unseres Teams. **DEINE AUFGABEN**

* Stellvertretung der OP-Leitung in fachlichen, organisatorischen und personellen Belangen * Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen und effizienten OP-Betriebs * Führung, Förderung und Entwicklung der Mitarbeitenden * Einsatz- und Ressourcenplanung sowie Mitarbeit bei der Personalplanung * OP-Koordination und Sicherstellung einer optimalen Auslastung der OP-Kapazitäten * Instrumentieren und Zudienen in verschiedenen Fachgebieten * Sicherstellung von Qualität, Patientensicherheit und Einhaltung der Standards * Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit Operateur:innen, der Anästhesie, der Chirurgie und weiteren Schnittstellen

**DEIN PROFIL**

* Ausbildung als Fachfrau/Fachmann Operationstechnik HF * Fundierte Berufserfahrung im OP * Hohe Sozialkompetenz und Freude an der Entwicklung von Mitarbeitenden * Organisationsstarke, verantwortungsbewusste und belastbare Persönlichkeit * Wirtschaftliches Denken und vernetztes Handeln * Gute MS-Office- und SAP-Kenntnisse * Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung im Bereich Leadership * Mithilfe bei der Abdeckung von Pikettdiensten und Spätschichten
