DEINE AUFGABEN

  • Aktive Mitarbeit in der Betreuung unserer Notfallpatient\*innen sowie Sicherstellung einer qualitativ hochstehenden Notfallpflege
  • Mitgestaltung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Prozesse auf der Notfallstation
  • Übernahme der Führungsverantwortung und Vertretung der Leitung Notfall Pflege während deren Abwesenheit
  • Unterstützung bei der Führung, Förderung und dem Coaching der Mitarbeitenden
  • Mitverantwortung für die Dienstplanung (PEP) sowie den Monatsabschluss
  • Professionelle Einführung und Begleitung neuer Mitarbeitender
  • Mitarbeit bei der Umsetzung der qualitativen und quantitativen Jahresziele der Notfallabteilung
  • Förderung einer wertschätzenden und konstruktiven interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit

DEIN PROFIL

  • Ausbildung als Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH, DN II oder AKP
  • Weiterbildung als Dipl. Expert\*in Notfallpflege NDS HF
  • Mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Notfallpflege
  • Führungsausbildung oder die Bereitschaft, diese zu absolvieren; Führungserfahrung ist ein Plus
  • Hohe Fach\- und Sozialkompetenz sowie Freude daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und als Vorbild voranzugehen
  • Ausgeprägte Organisations\- und Koordinationsfähigkeit gepaart mit einer lösungsorientierten Arbeitsweise
  • Loyale, kommunikative und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit hohem Verantwortungsbewusstsein
