Für eine etablierte Pflegeinstitution in Basel suchen wir eine engagierte Pflegefachperson HF/FH für eine stellvertretende Führungsfunktion in der Langzeitpflege. Die Position verbindet die direkte Arbeit mit den Bewohnenden mit fachlicher und personeller Verantwortung und eignet sich für Pflegefachpersonen, die ihre Führungskompetenzen weiterentwickeln möchten, ohne den Bezug zum Pflegealltag zu verlieren. Sie erwartet eine vielseitige Aufgabe mit viel Gestaltungsspielraum und einem unterstützenden Führungsteam. Sie können eigene Ideen einbringen, Veränderungsprozesse aktiv begleiten und profitieren von attraktiven Weiterbildungs- und Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten. Nachtdienste sind in dieser Funktion nicht vorgesehen.

Anforderungsprofil ##

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachperson HF/FH, DN II oder gleichwertige Ausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung in der Langzeitpflege von Vorteil
  • Erste Führungserfahrung
  • Führungsausbildung von Vorteil oder Bereitschaft, eine entsprechende Weiterbildung zu absolvieren
  • Freude an einer Führungsfunktion mit weiterhin hohem Anteil an direkter Pflege
  • Lösungsorientierte, selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Offenheit für Veränderungen und Freude an der Weiterentwicklung von Pflege und Arbeitsprozessen
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und empathische Persönlichkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Arbeitsmitteln
  • RAI-Kenntnisse von Vorteil

Aufgaben ##

  • Unterstützung der Wohnbereichsleitung bei personellen, organisatorischen und fachlichen Aufgaben
  • Übernahme von Führungsverantwortung direkt im Pflegealltag
  • Aktive Mitarbeit in der Pflege und Betreuung der Bewohnenden
  • Fachliche und persönliche Begleitung sowie Förderung der Mitarbeitenden
  • Coaching und Unterstützung von FaGe-Lernenden und HF-Studierenden
  • Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Pflegeprozessen und Qualitätsstandards
  • Mitarbeit in Projekten und im Qualitätsmanagement
  • Aktive Begleitung von Veränderungs- und Entwicklungsprozessen
  • Förderung einer offenen, wertschätzenden und vertrauensvollen Zusammenarbeit im Team
