Seit 1974 entwickeln und produzieren wir ein umfangreiches Produktsortiment im Bereich Druckmesstechnik, das in nahezu allen industriellen Applikationen Anwendung findet – von der \- und Umweltbranche über die Rohstoffförderung bis hin zur Luft\- und Raumfahrt.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in der Abteilung Zellen\-Produktion suchen wir eine:n Supervisor / Schichtleiter:in Spätschicht 100%.

Hauptaufgaben

  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines kleinen Teams in der Spätschicht
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen, sicheren und effizienten Schichtbetriebs (Troubleshooting, Störungsbehebung, Priorisierung von Aufträgen sowie technischer Support im laufenden Betrieb)
  • Schulung, Betreuung und Unterstützung der Mitarbeitenden in der Spätschicht
  • Bedienen, Programmieren und Optimieren von komplexen Maschinen und Anlagen (Die\-Bonder, Draht\-Bonder, Widerstandsschweissmaschinen, Reinigungsanlagen sowie diverse Sondermaschinen)
  • Sicherstellung von wettbewerbsfähigen Fertigungsprozessen bezüglich Qualität, Kosten und Termintreue
  • Durchführen von Wartungsarbeiten am Maschinenpark
  • Mitarbeit bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Prozessen und Arbeitsplätzen (KVP / Kaizen)

Profil

  • Abgeschlossene mechanische oder elektromechanische Grundausbildung
  • Mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion, idealerweise im Bereich Sensorik
  • Führungserfahrung oder Bereitschaft, Führungsverantwortung für ein kleines Team zu übernehmen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Hohes Bewusstsein für Qualität, Termine, Kosten und Prioritäten
  • Systematische, lösungsorientierte Denk\- und Arbeitsweise sowie schnelle Auffassungsgabe
  • Zuverlässige, offene und durchsetzungsstarke Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter Sozialkompetenz
  • Hands\-on\-Mentalität und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit in einem kleinen Team
  • Bereitschaft für einen ausschliesslichen Einsatz in der Spätschicht
