Leiter Supply Chain 100% (m/w/d) ##

Ihre Aufgaben: ##

  • Fachliche und personelle Führung der Bereiche Warenmanagement, Disposition E-Commerce sowie Logistik, Projekte und Controlling
  • Gesamtverantwortung für die operative und strategische Steuerung der Warenflüsse über sämtliche relevanten Absatz- und Logistikkanäle
  • Sicherstellung einer optimalen Warenverfügbarkeit unter Berücksichtigung wirtschaftlicher Zielsetzungen sowie eines effizienten Bestandsmanagements
  • Weiterentwicklung und Förderung der Mitarbeitenden sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung der Supply-Chain-Prozesse
  • Analyse und Optimierung von Warenströmen zur Steigerung von Effizienz, Produktivität und Servicegrad
  • Steuerung und Verbesserung der Schnittstellen zwischen Category Management, Logistik, Verkaufsstellen, Verteilzentralen, E-Commerce und Lieferanten
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung nachhaltiger SCM-Strategien zur Unterstützung des Unternehmenserfolgs
  • Überwachung relevanter Kennzahlen sowie Ableitung geeigneter Massnahmen zur Prozessverbesserung
  • Verantwortung für bereichsübergreifende Projekte im Supply Chain Management

Ihr Profil: ##

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Supply Chain Management, Logistik oder vergleichbare Weiterbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Category Management und/oder Supply Chain Management, idealerweise im Umfeld FMCG, Near Food oder Non Food
  • Nachweisbare Führungserfahrung sowie Freude an der Entwicklung und Förderung von Mitarbeitenden
  • Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie ein hohes Verständnis für Warenfluss- und Bestandsmanagementprozesse
  • Proaktive, innovative und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit mit Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative, schnelle Auffassungsgabe und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke
  • Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Französisch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Versierter Umgang mit ERP-Systemen sowie modernen Planungs- und Controlling-Tools
