Pour le compte de notre client basé à Neuchâtel, avec un transfert prévu à La Chaux\-de\-Fonds dès mars 2028 et des déplacements réguliers sur plusieurs sites en Suisse romande, nous recherchons un Support IT Specialist Senior (f/m/d) chargé d'assurer le support IT de proximité N1/N2 tout en contribuant à l'amélioration et à l'automatisation des opérations de support.

Ta mission

  • Prendre en charge les incidents et demandes techniques ou applicatives N1/N2 de bout en bout, depuis le diagnostic jusqu'à la résolution et au suivi auprès des utilisateurs.
  • Assurer le support de proximité sur les différents sites situés principalement dans les cantons de Neuchâtel, Vaud et Fribourg, en organisant les interventions selon les priorités et l'impact métier.
  • Administrer et dépanner les environnements Microsoft, notamment Windows, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune et Defender.
  • Concevoir, adapter et maintenir des scripts, notamment en PowerShell ou , afin d'automatiser les tâches récurrentes, fiabiliser les opérations et améliorer l'efficacité du support.
  • Accompagner les utilisateurs dans l'utilisation de leurs outils, promouvoir les bonnes pratiques IT et coordonner si nécessaire les interventions avec les équipes internes ou partenaires externes.

Ton profil ----------

* Disposer d'au moins 5 ans d'expérience en support IT technique et applicatif N1/N2, avec une bonne autonomie dans la gestion complète des incidents ; une expérience en environnement multi\-sites constitue un atout important. * Maîtriser les environnements Windows et Microsoft 365, avec de solides connaissances de Windows Server et Active Directory ainsi que de bonnes bases sur Entra ID, Intune et Microsoft Defender. * Posséder une expérience pratique du scripting, idéalement en PowerShell ou , avec la capacité de comprendre, modifier, créer et maintenir des scripts d'automatisation. * Maîtriser les fondamentaux réseau et sécurité liés au support utilisateur, notamment la connectivité, les VPN, le MFA et la gestion des accès ; français courant indispensable et anglais technique apprécié. * Faire preuve d'autonomie, d'organisation, d'initiative et d'un excellent sens du service, être à l'aise avec des interlocuteurs de différents niveaux et disposer d'un permis de conduire pour les déplacements réguliers entre les sites.
