Ce que vous faites bouger

Vous êtes intéressé\-e par l'action syndicale et les valeurs qu'elle véhicule, le renforcement du mouvement par le recrutement de membres, la défense individuelle et collective des travailleurs/euses ainsi que le travail de mobilisation et de campagnes syndicales.

Ce que vous apportez

  • Vous possédez plusieurs années d'expérience professionnelle;
  • Vous disposez d'une formation juridique, êtes en cours de formation dans un domaine juridique ou disposez de plusieurs années d'expérience dans un domaine en lien avec le droit du travail;
  • Vous faites preuve d'aisance relationnelle;
  • Votre capacité d'organisation et votre flexibilité vous permet de gérer les délais juridiques ainsi que les imprévus;
  • Vous avez un esprit d'initiative et une capacité à agir rapidement;
  • Vous maîtrisez le français, tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral. La maîtrise d'une langue couramment utilisée par les communautés migrantes est un atout;
  • Vous avez une bonne maîtrise des outils Microsoft 365;
  • Vous adhérez aux valeurs syndicales;
  • Vous justifiez d'une expérience significative en tant que militant\-e dans une association à but non lucratif ou une organisation politique.
