Du arbeitest in einem agilen Team mit hoher Eigenverantwortung und trägst aktiv dazu bei, moderne digitale Arbeitsplätze nachhaltig zu gestalten.

Ihre Aufgabe ##

  • Sicherstellung eines stabilen Betriebs sowie Bearbeitung von Incidents und Anfragen im 2nd-Level-Support rund um Microsoft Exchange (On-Premises und Exchange Online)
  • Administration, Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der Microsoft-365-Plattform mit Schwerpunkt auf Exchange, Active Directory (On-Premises und Entra ID), Microsoft Teams, Outlook sowie SharePoint Online
  • Beratung interner Anspruchsgruppen bei technischen Fragestellungen und Unterstützung bei der Erarbeitung passender Lösungsansätze
  • Analyse technischer Anforderungen sowie Entwicklung und Bewertung geeigneter Architektur- und Betriebskonzepte
  • Mitarbeit in spannenden IT-Projekten und Übernahme fachlicher Verantwortung innerhalb agiler Projektteams
  • Unterstützung bei sicherheitsrelevanten Fragestellungen in Zusammenarbeit mit den zuständigen Security-Teams sowie Durchführung von Impact-Analysen
  • Betrieb und Optimierung der E-Mail-Infrastruktur inklusive SMTP-Relay, Mailflow-Analysen und Fehlerbehebung
  • Automatisierung wiederkehrender Prozesse mittels PowerShell sowie Pflege von Schnittstellen und technischen Betriebsabläufen
  • Einsatz und Weiterentwicklung von Ticketing- und Kollaborationstools im täglichen Betrieb

Ihr Profil ##

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik
  • Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung im Betrieb und in der Administration von Microsoft Exchange und Microsoft 365
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft Teams, Outlook und SharePoint Online
  • Erfahrung in der technischen Beratung sowie im Erarbeiten und Umsetzen nachhaltiger IT-Lösungen
  • Verständnis für betriebliche Abläufe und die Fähigkeit, fachliche Anforderungen in technische Konzepte zu übersetzen
  • Erfahrung mit IT-Service-Management- und Kollaborationsplattformen ist von Vorteil
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise kombiniert mit einer ausgeprägten Dienstleistungsmentalität
  • Freude an der Zusammenarbeit in interdisziplinären Teams und an der Kommunikation mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen sowie die Fähigkeit, technische Fragestellungen strategisch einzuordnen
  • Interesse an neuen Technologien sowie an kontinuierlicher fachlicher Weiterentwicklung
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Erfahrung in komplexen IT-Organisationen oder im öffentlichen Umfeld ist ein Plus
